Automobile Ban Reenactment

An 1886 Benz Motorwagen will take a short drive down Market Street but will be stopped at Mackinac Island's City Hall, where Mackinac State Historic Parks Director Steve Brisson and Mackinac Island Mayor Margaret Doud will reaffirm the ban on automobiles on Mackinac Island. This is a free event.
