To apply for an internship or volunteer work as an historic or natural history interpreter at one of our living history sites and museums, please click here to download an application to volunteer for Mackinac State Historic Parks.Applicants may be required to interview. Please submit applications at least two weeks before you would like to be considered as a volunteer. Submitting an application does not guarantee placement as an interpretive volunteer. Interpretive volunteers must have a current application on file, attend training sessions, and meet other requirements.
