Anne de Michilimackinac church at Colonial Michilimackinac, a reconstruction of the 18th-century church, to the beautifully restored early 19th-century Historic Mission Church on Mackinac Island, your choices are as diverse as they are extraordinary. Church of Ste. Anne de Michilimackinac: Reconstructed on its original site, Ste. Anne’s Church at Colonial Michilimackinac allows you to step back in time to the 1770s. Located within the palisaded fur-trade fort, the church provides a charming, historic atmosphere like no other.

Historic Mill Creek: Historic Mill Creek offers a number of scenic areas for wedding ceremonies, from a 50-foot tower that overlooks the park and the Straits of Mackinac to the millpond bridge with the historic water-powered sawmill as a backdrop.

Bridgeview Gazebo: Located within Michilimackinac State Park the Bridgeview Gazebo provides the vista of the Straits of Mackinac as your wedding backdrop. It is an ideal wedding location on the shoreline.

It’s hard to beat the view from Old Mackinac Point Lighthouse.

Marquette Park: With its view overlooking downtown Mackinac Island and Haldimand Bay, offers unique locations in the heart of Mackinac Island.

Mission Church is Michigan’s oldest standing church building, and offers a simple yet beautiful setting.

Historic Mission Church: Located on Main Street in the eastern end of Mackinac Island’s historic downtown building.

The Somewhere in Time Gazebo, nestled near Fort Mackinac.

Somewhere in Time Gazebo: Situated on a wooded bluff just east of Fort Mackinac, overlooking Marquette Park.

On top of these designated locations, the majority of Mackinac Island State Park and Michilimackinac State Park can be available for elopement-type weddings.
